Anirudh Ravichander is an Indian film music composer and playback singer. He primarily works in Tamil cinema. Anirudh was born on 16 October 1990 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He is the son of veteran actor Ravi Raghavendra and classical dancer Lakshmi Ravichander. He is the nephew of Latha Rajinikanth. He started composing music at the age of 10. Anirudh was part of a band named Zinx.
Anirudh made his debut as a music composer with the film 3, starring Dhanush & Shruti Hassan in the lead roles. He also made his debut as a singer with the same movie. He sang 3 songs Come on Girls, Po Nee Po, Idhazhin Oram, from the movie.
